The Sol Zone is the place to come if you are ready to make positive improvements to your health and well-being.

Whether you have been procrastinating for years, or just been unmotivated more recently, I can help you to get back on track and prioritising your health in more ways than one.

I’m a certified health and well-being coach and I work with busy women that need practical and effective ways to find balance and improve their health and wellness.

If you are ready to make change but not sure where to start, or even if you know what works well for you, but struggle with the accountability and motivation side, I can support and encourage you as your coach to reach your goals.

I will use established coaching tools and techniques to help you identify ways to overcome unhealthy habits and poor coping mechanisms that are not serving you. We will reframe your perceptions and relearn healthy habits for long term success.

Relevant qualifications and experience: Level 5 Diploma in Health and Wellness Coaching certified (PCI accredited), Level 2 Certificate in Nutrition and Health, Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Skills, Yoga Teacher Training (500 hours) and Project Management.
